These general terms and conditions apply to all agreed campaigns or contracts for advertising and promotion through digital channels, website creation or maintenance contracts, or social media account management contracts. If different conditions are agreed upon in the contract, those will prevail. These general terms and conditions apply to advertising in Bosnia and Herzegovina from October 1, 2019.

 

Authorization / General Sales Conditions
   Upon request, the Agency will provide an official offer including budget proposal and/or result projection with a validity period of 30 days. After this period, ROI Scores reserves the right to resend the offer. Execution of agreed tasks takes place upon written confirmation of the offer by the Client. Confirmation also includes payment according to the offer or pro forma invoice, or other agreement with the Client. The Client is obligated to confirm the offer at least seven days before the start of the campaign. Otherwise, the Agency cannot guarantee the campaign start on the desired date.

 

Campaign Start and Duration
   Approval of campaigns via digital channels may take time due to approval by Google or Facebook, over which the Agency has no control. Approval may take up to 24 or 48 hours, and for campaigns starting on Friday, approval may extend to the next working day. The Agency will inform the Client promptly about campaign setup and activities. Prompt notice means notification within 12 hours of learning about campaign delay.

Website Creation Start and Duration
   Website creation begins upon written confirmation of the offer and delivery of materials for basic page structure. The Client will receive initial and subsequent versions of the page via email. Objections to page appearance or functionality must be submitted in writing via email, and only written comments are considered valid for further communication.

 

Price and Payment Terms
   The campaign price is specified in the accepted offer and is paid according to the pro forma invoice before the campaign begins. Prices are subject to VAT. An invoice is issued and delivered by agreement or after the campaign ends, with a payment term of seven days. In case of delay, the Client pays interest and late fees.

 

Price Changes
   ROI Scores reserves the right to change prices with prior notice to the Client. If prices change during the contracted period, the Client pays according to the new prices on the service execution date.

 

Extension of Long-Term Contracts
   Long-term contracts will not automatically extend without prior notice to the Client at least 30 days before the contract expires.

Termination of Collaboration and Contract Termination
   In case of campaign cancellation, the terms defined in the contract apply. The Agency reserves the right to compensation for the remaining unused budget in case of campaign cancellation.

 

Graphic Design and Banner Preparation
   The Client must provide materials for banner creation at least seven days before the campaign starts. The Agency will provide proposals and seek Client approval before final production.

 

Rules for Independent Visual and Banner Creation
   If the Client independently creates visuals and banners, they must comply with recommended formats and specifications. Google and Facebook banners must be in appropriate formats and sizes.

 

Technical Preconditions for Campaign Start
    The Client is responsible for ensuring all technical prerequisites for campaign implementation, including access to Facebook/Instagram accounts and Google Analytics.

 

Technical Preconditions for Website Creation / Maintenance
    The Client is responsible for providing administrative access for website creation and maintenance.

 

Campaign Implementation
    The Agency will execute campaigns in accordance with the Client’s agreement and ensure transparency through written channels.

 

Website Creation Implementation
    Website creation is carried out within the timeframe agreed upon in the offer.
